My family loved staying here. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and even satisfied a unique request when my little one needed a carrot for a snowman. Fran is the best server in the Oval Room! We took advantage of the swimming pool access and loved how walkable it was to the Jets games. We would definitely stay again!

This is the ultimate getaway hotel, every room has been modernly, tastefully, updated, beautiful paintings and wall art, the room gives opulence, but at the same time functionality, our stay was higher up in the building, so we were able to see across the city, which was really nice, we found out this was one of the old railroad station hotels first built in Canada. There’s so much to do around there like the forks market. We even enjoyed walking through the railway and seeing it’s still in operation with passengers… This This hotel boast, one of the best spas you can ever go to and food that is absolutely delectable, if you are just coming for a short, stay long stay or looking for a staycation. This is the place to go. They also have a pool.

One of the best hotel stays I have had in Canada! Such a beautiful hotel. I was upgraded for free to the royal suite and thoroughly enjoyed myself as it was a “mums night off” night. Absolutely magical. Very comfortable bed 🛌 💛✨ will be back asap for a spa stay!!

This is a beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We dined at the Oval Room twice during our stay and both times were wonderful experiences. The elevators at the hotel can be a bit slow and they are on the smaller side so if you're bringing a lot of luggage you may be packed in or need to take two trips if you're a bigger group. The entire hotel is super clean. The room was a good size - we booked 2 queen beds and we had 3 people and it did not feel cramped at all. We did have to ask for a fridge to be brought up since the rooms don't have them included.

Stayed here prior to the Winnipeg 10&10 run. Excellent location, but that's about all it has going for it. When phoning to reserve rooms we were forwarded to some service in Florida trying to pressure us to make future reservations all over America. They would not take 'no' for an answer and had to just hang up on them. Then got an email asking us to leave a review on the service we got so said exactly what I did above., And then the hotel had the gall to phone us and tell us to delete the review. Uh, no? When the day came we were staying there while checking in the valets wouldn't let me park in front of the hotel, even though they were letting plenty of other people do so. Maybe because I wasn't driving an expensive car so they didn't want the hotel looking bad by parking there? Told me I had to go park in the parking garage. But you can't get in there until after you've checked in. But can't check in until I've parked there. Uh, what? Then the parking garage door tried to close on my vehicle. The parking spots were so small you can't open your door if there are people parked next to you. Meanwhile check in services were extremely slow. Wedding parties acted like they owned the place and nobody else should be there. No comment from staff. Rooms were cold in summer. One room had a heater, but the other didn't. All night people were banging doors and laughing and shouting in the hall outside our rooms. Hotel services didn't do anything about it. Didn't sleep at all. Only comment from staff when checking out was, 'Well, we can't do anything about it.' Will never return.
